Every single ingredient comes from the same places we buy our own food. I hand-pick the veggies from a trusted Goan grocer, collect chicken straight from a local farm, and source seafood fresh off the jetties. Everything goes straight into the fridge or freezer, then into the mixing bowl within safe - temperature windows. Our cookie batches are lab-tested for safety and nutrition; dehydrated treats skip the lab only because every small batch is unique, but they follow the same food-handling rules. If it’s not fit for my plate, it never reaches your dog’s bowl.

Our cookies are simply oven-baked—small batches at a steady 180 °C, the way you’d bake biscuits at home. No high-pressure extrusion, no deep-frying, just a gentle bake that gives a crisp snap without scorching nutrients.
Our single-ingredient treats are dehydrated, not baked: we air-dry fresh chicken or fish for 12-24 hours at low heat so the flavour stays intense and the texture stays chewable.

None—zero fillers, zero preservatives, zero colourants.
Our ingredient decks are short on purpose: human-grade meat or fish, oat flour, farm veggies. We deliberately exclude wheat and never hide “meat meal,” by-products. Shelf-life comes from the process itself: low-moisture oven-baking for cookies (lab-tested safe for 3 months) and slow dehydration for strips (good up to 6 months when you reseal the pouch and store it cool and dry).

Check the pack. Every recipe has its own allowance, printed on the back label and on the product-details page—because sardine strips and pumpkin cookies don’t pack the same calories. Start with the recommended number, watch how your pup’s tummy (and excitement!) reacts, and adjust if needed. Until then, introduce any new treat slowly—just as you would with a new food for your baby—and keep total treats to a sensible slice of the daily diet.

We dispatch every order within two working days and deliver anywhere in India. Shipping is free on baskets over ₹1000; smaller carts pay our flat courier rate at checkout. Transit usually takes 6 – 10 days after dispatch, depending on how far you are from Goa’s sunny shores. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves our kitchen.

Each pouch includes an oxygen-absorber to lock out moisture, but storage still matters:

• Cookies – good for 3 months in the pantry; pop them in the fridge to keep fats fresh even longer and add a gentle chill your pup will love in summer.
• Dehydrated strips – keep them refrigerated once opened. For an extra-crunchy, cool snack, stash them in the freezer; they thaw in minutes and the texture stays perfect.
• Always reseal the zipper tight and use clean, dry hands—moisture is the enemy of crunch!

We stand behind our packing: if a pouch reaches you visibly damaged and you’d prefer not to receive a replacement, we’ll refund you in full—just send us an unboxing photo within 24 hours so we can claim it with the courier.
Because we bake and dehydrate in small, per-order batches, we can’t offer refunds for “my pup didn’t like the taste.” (Happily, flavour-shy dogs are rare—most sneak an extra bite before the pouch is even open.)

Our single-ingredient dehydrated strips are the safest place to start—just fresh sardine, chicken breast, or chicken liver and nothing else.
Our oven-baked cookies are still wheat-, soy- and dairy-free, but they do contain oat flour and egg for structure. We never use artificial colours, meat by-products or mystery “meat meal,” and we sanitise all equipment between recipes to prevent cross-contact.

1. Offer one piece and wait 24 h.
2. Keep plenty of fresh water nearby.
3. Watch for itching, face-rubbing or loose stools.
4. If all’s well, scale up gradually to the on-pack allowance.
